About Rola Ghasani

I’m Rola Ghasani, a certified Clinical EFT Practitioner dedicated to helping women reconnect with their authentic selves. Through my sessions and workshops, I guide women in creating deeper awareness around their habits, cultivating fulfillment, and living with greater intentionality. 

For me, tapping became more than a technique — it became a lifeline. I had carried stress in my body for years, often feeling it as anxiety in my gut and restless energy in my mind. Through tapping, I experienced an instant calm in my body and began sleeping better, releasing stored emotions, and finding clarity. That’s why I chose to become a certified Clinical EFT Practitioner. I’ve witnessed firsthand how this practice can transform women’s lives, helping them regulate their nervous systems, release overwhelm, and reconnect with themselves during every stage of life, including the transitions of perimenopause.

As a mother, teacher, and lifelong seeker of wellness, I understand how overwhelming life can feel—especially during seasons of change like perimenopause. I’ve walked through anxiety, stress, and health challenges myself, and I know what it takes to move from “just coping” to living with clarity and fulfillment.

My approach blends the science of Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) with simple daily practices like journaling, meditation, and intentional living. Together, we create space for healing, balance, and growth.

The Coffee + Scribe story

THE BEGINNING
A mother of three daughters is no easy task, falling short on daily tasks, running out of time during the day and a family in disarray led Rola to think, 'There must be a better way to manage our time.'

This thought led Rola to the power of journaling, detailing daily weekly and long term aspirations while also developing the tools over the years with her girls to refine what is now the Coffee + Scribe technique of time management and goal setting.

DEVELOPING THE METHOD
Watching her daughters blossom into driven and focused young goal setters, Rola realised a need for the Coffee + Scribe method when the friends of her children - having tried other methods already - started asking her for direction and support in learning how to time manage effectively through journaling.

Finding that there was a broader need for this lifelong skill, Rola set about formalising the structures necessary to help a wider range of people - including you.

As a practitioner of EFT, Rola is quite proud of her life achievements and has now reached a stage in her life where she is ready to share these with you. About Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called “tapping,” is a powerful stress-relief method that blends modern psychology with the ancient wisdom of acupressure. By gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body — the same points used in acupuncture — while focusing on emotions, thoughts, or physical sensations, EFT helps calm the nervous system and rewire how the brain responds to stress. Clinical studies show that tapping can reduce cortisol (the stress hormone), release stored emotional energy, and support healing from anxiety, trauma, burnout, and many physical symptoms linked to stress.
